Conservation Mission

I spend most of my time in places worth protecting — trails, rivers, forests, and mountains across the Pacific Northwest. That's a big part of why I started Summit Scenes.

Conservation isn't something I've fully built into the business yet, but it's where I'm headed. As Summit Scenes grows, I have two goals:

Help small conservation organizations tell their stories

Professional media can make a real difference for a small nonprofit, but most don't have the budget for it. I want to offer discounted or donated content to grassroots conservation groups who are doing important work but don't have access to quality storytelling tools.

Give back with every project

As the business scales, my goal is to donate a portion of proceeds from every project to a local conservation organization — contributing directly to the protection of public lands, trails, and wildlife habitat in the places I shoot.

It's a work in progress, but it's built into the plan from the start.
